By purchasing and using the services provided you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditons:
Terms and Conditions
General
I agree and understand that by taking part in sessions and the services provided by “Create With Kora” I am giving my full consent to take part in the services provided. I agree and understand that the results of using the services are dependent on myself and the coach is not responsible for my success or failure to achieve my goals.
I agree and understand that the services provided by “Create With Kora” are not described as or intended as an alternative to professional health care, therapy or mental health treatment, and should not be used as a replacement for medical treatment in any shape or form.
I understand and agree that coaches are unable to give a diagnosis of any condition, unable to prescribe medication for any condition, and unable to treat any medical condition or mental health problem.
I understand and agree that I shall not make any claims of benefits of health or declines in health from using the services.
I agree and understand that I should continue to follow any medical advise or treatment/prescription provided to me by a healthcare professional
I agree and understand that abuse, harassment or disrespectful behaviour to the coach will not be tolerated in any shape or form and result in permanent ban from using the services regardless and no refunds will be given for incomplete service use.
I agree that my contact details (full name, email address) may be stored in order to use the services provided on the website.
I agree and understand that the services are in no means an 100% guarantee of getting the results you want and are dependant on your own application of the techniques and advice use.
Services provided
1-1 online video sessions
1-1 online video sessions are generally offered over google meets or zoom. 1-1 coaching is focused on identifying limiting beliefs, focusing on goals, creating a plan of action to achieve goals, work through potential blocks and overall give the client confidence to achieve what they want. The success of coaching is dependant on how the client engages and commits to the advice and techniques given. If the client feels as if the coaching is not working in the desired way, the client agrees to discuss this with the coach. We cannot provide a refund or money back for dissatisfaction with services. Please note that mindset coaching and the services provided by “Create with Kora” cannot and should not be used as a substitute for professional counselling, mental health counselling, medical care, mental health services, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, or substance abuse treatment and cannot be used for diagnosis, medical treatment or therapy in any shape or form.
Email coaching
Email services are generally offered over email. Email coaching is focused on identifying limiting beliefs, focusing on goals, creating a plan of action to achieve goals, work through potential blocks and overall give the client confidence to achieve what they want. The success of email coaching is dependant on how the client engages and commits to the advice and techniques given. If the client feels as if the email coaching is not working in the desired way, the client agrees to discuss this with the coach. We cannot provide a refund or money back for dissatisfaction with services. Payment Terms
I agree that once I have made a payment for a services I cannot receive a refund unless specifically stated on the product page and refund policy.
I agree that I cannot receive the services until payment has been made.
Refund Policy
Refunds cannot be made for email coaching even if there are unused emails left on your package. Please utilise all the emails before the expiry date. This is non negotiable.
Refunds cannot be given for 1-1 coaching after the session has taken place. Part refunds cannot be given for incomplete sessions.
Refunds for 1-1 session will only be given if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.
If a session is cancelled by the coach a refund or appointment reschedule will be offered.
If technical issues occur on your end during the session, no refund will be given. It is your responsibility to make sure any technical issues are dealt with before the session.
If technical issues occur on the coaches end a reschedule of the appointment will be given which will use the remaining time of your session. No refund will be given in these situations.
Rescheduling Policy
If you wish to reschedule an online 1-1 session, please inform us at createwithkora@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your scheduled online 1-1 session time, otherwise we cannot reschedule your session and you will not receive any refund for this incomplete session.
There may be instances where a coach needs to reschedule a session last minute. In these circumstances, the client (you) will be offered a reschedule of a session.
Confidentiality
Any personal details or communications you provide during an online 1-1 session or email exchange will be kept confidential unless:
You infer or state you are suicidal
You infer or state that you are being domestically abused
You infer or state that a child is in harm
You infer or state that you have taken part in a serious crime
required by law
is required to settle a dispute
In these incidents the appropriate authorities or services will be informed for your safety, the safety of others and the coaches safety
Cancellation policy
If you wish to cancel a 1-1 online session you may do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Any cancellations made after this time cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
At times a coach may cancel a session, if this occurs you will be offered a full refund or a reschedule of your session.
You cannot cancel email services. Any email services purchased should be used in full before the expiry date. No refunds can be given after the purchase of an email package or service.
If a client does not show within 10 minutes of a scheduled session the session will be assumed cancelled and no refund will be given.
Indemnity/Limitation of Liability
Any form of harassment to the coach will not be accepted in any shape or form and will result in a permanent ban of services.
Bullying and harassment will be reported to the appropriate authorities along with any evidence of this.
Recording of 1-1 online sessions
You agree that video services such as 1-1 online video coaching will be recorded and stored in a secure place. This is to protect the coach and yourself if any dispute is brought up, so that it can be settled in the appropriate way.
You agree that emails sent and exchanged from using email services will be stored to protect the coach and yourself if any dispute is brought up so that it can be settled in the appropriate way.
Recordings of sessions cannot and will not be shared will you even if requested by you.
Dispute resolution
I agree that it is both the client (you) and coaches responsibility to attempt to resolve any potential dispute privately before seeking legal action.
Termination of services
Either party (client or coach) has a right to terminate the continuation of services. Despite this, the client will not be relieved of any outstanding payments and refunds will only be given as outlined in the refund policy section of this agreement.
